TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All charters begin on Saturday at 15h00 and end on the following Saturday at 10h00 unless otherwise stated. (Alternative embarkation days and length of charters must be pre-arranged.)

One airport or hotel transfer is included in your "All-Inclusive-Charters" (AIC) - which means that one of the crew will meet you at the airport or your hotel and take you to the marina

AIC include breakfast and lunch on board your private yacht, prepared for you with the freshest ingredients and according to your personal taste and preferences by a personal cook.

Linen and towels are included for all passengers (in the EU it's common to have to provide your own - but this isn't necessary with Seapaths yachts)

AIC include marina fees, fuel, water, and crew salaries.

Child restraint netting is available upon request.

All sailing and motor vessels are fully equipped for your sailing vacation. (If you want specific water toys, scuba gear or other accessories, just add that information on the Seapath's customer preference sheet.)
GENERAL INFO AND REFUND POLICY
- All sales tax for passengers coming from either the U.S.A. or inside the European Union (V.A.T.) are included in the charter fees. If you're coming from another country, please feel free to ask if tax must be paid for your country of origin
- Please click this link to read our article "Must Have Travel Documents" to know what documentation will be required Seapaths follows the rules and regulations of the Hellenic Maritime Law and/or U.S.C.G.
- Customers' rights are protected under either the E.U. or U.S Laws regarding sea travel and cruise and sea transportation products and services.
- Notice: Embarkation ports and sailing dates may change at anytime based on weather conditions and/or local Coast Guard announcements. If a change is required, we will let you know what other arrangements have been made as soon as is reasonably possible
REFUND POLICY:
If you must cancel your trip, here are our refund policies: 90 days before embarkation 30% of the total charter fees paid (or deposit) will be refunded. At 60 days, 20% of the total charter fees (or deposit) will be refunded. And at 30 days out, 10% of the total will be refunded.
Seapaths strongly recommends that you talk with your insurance agent about trip cancellation insurance. In the event that your trip must be cancelled, or you must leave early, your policy will refund all or part of the fees paid.
